With over 20 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service Excellence, Training, and HR Management, Melissa Bartholomew is a results-driven leader passionate about people and performance.

She holds an MBA in Service Excellence and has served as an HR Executive across nine Caribbean islands, a Certified Trainer with the Dufry Group, and a Luxury Retail Store Manager. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to growth, integrity, and excellence.

Through Quantum Service Excellence (QSE) Ltd., Melissa partners with organizations to enhance service quality, strengthen leadership, and drive operational success. Her approach combines strategic insight with a personal passion for developing people and transforming business culture.
